本場パリで食したカヌレの衝撃を日本で再現するため、
一切の妥協なしに試行錯誤を繰り返してようやく形になった一品
プレーン味のみに拘り、素材も一級品を使用し、ラムもオリジナルブレンドを使用
ここでしか食べることができない『ココカヌレ』の完成です。

After tasting the best canelé I've ever had in Paris,
I was inspired and motivated to recreate it myself back in Japan.
Using the finest ingredients including our original blend of rum and after many failures,
we finally came up with a canelé that you can only try it here,
hence the name “canelé from here”
