This special lot, graded "G1," the highest grade, comes from the Konga cooperative in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.

It was carefully cultivated at an altitude of 2,500m in fertile soil and beautiful nature surrounded by rivers and forests. Refined by the traditional natural process, this coffee maximizes the potential of the coffee cherries, exuding an elegant and unique character.

The cup offers a gorgeous floral aroma and a rich, sweet fruitiness reminiscent of blueberries.
It features a smooth mouthfeel and a refined, clean structure like black tea.
