This canister is made from white bamboo and finished with a rubbed lacquer technique. Each piece is hand-carved to match the unique shape of the bamboo, resulting in individual variations.

Finish: Rubbed lacquer (white lacquer / raw lacquer) *Rubbed lacquer: A technique where lacquer is repeatedly rubbed into the bamboo to protect its fibers.
Specifications and Construction
Fitting: The body and lid are finely adjusted and carved to match the unique warping and shape of each piece of bamboo.
Interior Structure: A laminated bamboo sheet is applied to create the rim of the lid. Since natural bamboo is not perfectly circular, there will be a slight gap on the inside.
Individual Differences: Due to the natural material, each item will vary in dimensions, grain, and color.
Closing the Lid: Align the "white marks" on the body and lid to close.
