This product involves many manual processes, resulting in individual differences depending on the raw materials and manufacturing lot. These are considered good quality products that meet the manufacturer's standards. Please review the following characteristics before placing your order.

■ Characteristics due to Material and Firing
・Discoloration (Hi-iro): When flames directly hit unglazed areas, parts may turn reddish-brown or orange.
・Black lines, white spots, black specks: Mineral components in the clay (such as iron) react during firing, sometimes appearing as black lines, black specks, or white spots on the surface or bottom.
・Rust color: The rim of the cup or edges of the vessel may appear rusty brown, which is due to the natural properties of the clay.
・Molding marks: Due to the nature of the raw material, circular wrinkles from the molding process may remain on the surface.

■ Characteristics due to Glaze
・Individual differences/unevenness: There may be color variations between manufacturing lots, or unevenness and drips in the glaze. Also, areas with thin glaze may appear discolored.
・Crazing: The fine crack-like patterns on the surface are caused by differences in the shrinkage rates of the clay and glaze, and are not a defect.
・Glaze adhesion: During the manufacturing process, glaze may occasionally adhere to unglazed (natural color) areas, appearing as lines or dots.

■ Shape and Other Characteristics
・Stacking: Due to individual differences, products of the same type may not stack perfectly.
・Handle gap: For natural color mugs, a gap may be visible at the base of the handle due to the production process, but this does not affect use.
・Logo intensity: The logo printed on the bottom may be faint depending on the manufacturing lot.

■ Care Instructions
・The unglazed parts are high-fired to resist stains, but some food items may leave persistent marks.
